- Purchasing: Real-time purchase requests; purchase order creation and approval; and purchase bills of lading.
- Expense Claims: Real-time expense registrations; creation and upload of expense claims, receipts, invoices, quotes; expense allocation per job and more.
Microsoft Teams Integration
RigER Integration with Microsoft Teams allows for quick turnaround with document approvals (oilfield jobs (RSA), sales and purchase orders, expense claims etc), and optimizes the efficiency of oilfield business processes.
RigER Desktop Offline
New stand-alone application for field-use that synchronizes data with the RigER Cloud once online. This desktop offline tool covers the entirety of field operations including Sales Quotes via RSA, Safety Documents, Field Tickets, Job Summary Report and Final Invoices.
Data Import and Export
New Integrated Data Import and Export Procedures such as Import Price Codes, Batches, Export Repair Cards and other Complex Data.
Trucks Service Records
Users will be able to track all truck service records (periodic maintenance, repairs), control expiration dates, view truck records history and schedule future services on a single platform.
Quality Requirements (Client and Vendor)
RigER helps Clients track and share specific job Quality Requirements with their operations teams or vendors (via Purchase order special conditions).
Consolidate several oilfield jobs under one project, generating one combined-project quote and combined-project invoice.
Enhanced Price Management Module for clients with big nomenclature of similar items can now set up rental and sales prices for a group of items.
Allows users to select a business entity for each job, set up mobile field tickets to streamline equipment rentals and financial processing.
Other Improvements include Service Parts Requisition, Parts Batches, Printing Attachments, Department Prefixes, Revenue Report Generation and UI/UX improvements.
