What to Expect
In the webinar, you will learn about the rework process and how to generate the necessary documents to complete the 3rd party repair process. Get your equipment scheduled and ready for shipment to the third party repair shop. Generate supporting documentation such as the PO, Bill of Lading and Invoice. Receive the equipment back from the shop and track the history of repairs by vendor, cost and date.
