I want to share a story about one of our most helpful features in our oilfield rental module – the
master invoices system – that has made a big difference for many clients.
Five years ago, we began working with an oilfield equipment rental company in Bryan, Texas. They’re still one of our best clients today, and I’m happy about it.
This company delivers surface equipment to sites with multiple wells (usually 3-6 wells per wellpad). When we first met with them, we discovered a significant challenge in their accounting department. Their accountant struggled to split rental and service costs across multiple wells because each well needed its own detailed invoice. This created major hurdles – they had to track different schedules, record all equipment movements, and divide services and supplies across several wells.
