An Interview with RigER Inc.

Michael Maltsev is the CEO of RigER.
RigER is an operation management software for oilfield equipment and rental companies. There are many simplified versions of this type of software, but none that provide as thorough an overview of your operations. Oilfield rentals differ from more generalized rentals because they typically involve services and manpower. It’s a complicated business with a simple solution.
From first client call to final invoice, RigER’s software deals with sales, operations, price management, field operations, maintenance, asset management, safety, invoicing, and billing all in one place. Other organizations have fragmented operations that simply aren’t integrated together.
We provide the skeleton of the business processes so clients can understand how they work and internal departments can communicate easily. Ten years ago, RigER’s CEO Michael Malstev was CEO of a rental company with roughly 3000 rental units, 25 field technicians, and one master excel spreadsheet. Every night, 5 dispatchers would receive 25 different spreadsheets and work to consolidate them into a final report which would then go to accounting. It could take up to 60 days between the job being done and the client being invoiced.
Putting everything together into a cloud-based digital software gives enterprises an easy way to streamline and optimize operations across locations. One client increased the unit utilization in their rental fleet from 43% to 97%.
RigER supports the rapid growth of organizations by helping you understand your business in a way that makes it easy to scale it from one region to another.
This year we celebrate 10 years of riger and we’re really excited and want to thank our clients, partners, employees, families and everybody who supports us every single day.
