Notice of Amendment of RigER Master Services Agreement.

We are making changes to the legal agreements that govern your relationship with RigER Inc. and apply to RigER Products and Services you use.

We encourage you to carefully review the notice below so that you are familiar with these upcoming changes.

There is no further action needed from you as these changes will take place automatically on the Effective Date shown below. If you continue to use our products and services on or after October 22, 2026, you are agreeing to the updated RigER Master Services Agreement. In the event you prefer to decline these changes and terminate the services, you can do so prior to the Effective Date by providing the written notice.

Effective Date: October 22, 2026

The updates include:

Introduction of the Order Form
Clarifying that Implementation process is part of the Subscription Term
Extending Client Data export term from 30 to 180 days upon termination
Change of RigER Inc. notices mailing address and email
Specifying multi-year subscriptions payments and renewals mechanism
Custom Programming Services are only provided to the Clients with multi-year engagements
