Michael Maltsev founded RigER in 2012. His has expertise in software development, implementation including accounting, financial and operational management systems for a variety of industries. He holds a Master’s in Finance (2000) of the Grodno State University and MBA (2005) from the University of Buffalo School of Management. Previously, Michael Maltsev served as CFO of Rigstar Communications Inc., an oilfield telecom solutions provider (equipment rentals and services).
Gleb Kobets joined RigER in 2017. Since then he has successfully completed 30+ software implementation projects and still counting. At RigER, Gleb leads new clients’ implementation projects focusing on the onboarding process, software development and customer support. Gleb has more than 10 years’ experience of implementing business software and working with different ERP systems: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, 1C Enterprise. He holds a BS in International Economics from the Kiev National University. Previously Gleb Kobets was a consultant in global professional service firms.
Nikolai Korniyuk has an extensive multi-industry expertise in Marketing and Business Development. He joined Team RigER in 2017. Skilled in negotiations, business planning, presentations, sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and event management, Nikolai holds a Master’s of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Colorado. Previously, Nikolai held leadership positions in marketing, communications, and business development with global players in logistics, applied science, and architecture & engineering consulting.
